Shipping Policy
To properly deliver your package within our stated shipping time frame, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will not ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
We offer FREE Standard shipping to US and US territories for all orders over $75.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and Canada. We also offer international shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer our 60 day Return and Exchange policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a R-évolution Q gift card. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Return Conditions

You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery to receive your return authorization.

We do not accept returned items that have not received a return authorization.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Accessories, Jewelry, Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Purses, Belts, Sunglasses, Home Decor items, Bodysuits, Bathing Suits and Bikinis.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by R-évolution Q, or an item was defective.

We will not accept an order cancellation request if the status of an order is “In transit”. Please contact us for a return upon receiving of your order.

International Orders are Final Sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges for International.
