We are pleased to offer our 60 days Return and Exchange policy. In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a R-évolution Q gift card. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Return Conditions
1. You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 60 days of delivery.
2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry and accessories.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by R-évolution Q or item was shipped defective from us.
We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is “In transit”, you can contact us for a Return
There are some items that we do not accept returns such as:
Accessories, Earrings, Necklaces, Purses, Belts, Sunglasses, Home Decor items and Bathing Suits /Bikinis.
Note: The original shipping fee are non-refundable unless it is R-évolution Q error.
